Yes, you can do it via a virtual card – Qiwi Visa Card.

Card details can be found in the «Bank cards» section of the Qiwi Wallet cabinet. Press «Send details» to get details forewarded to your mobile phone.

To transfer funds to Qiwi, you need to go to Transfers section, select «Transfer to a bank card» and input your Qiwi card details. Qiwi card and Qiwi wallet are one, so funds will reach your Qiwi wallet.
