Why do I fail to send sms?
To send sms you are to have system confirmed phone number.
I fail to send sms, as my phone number isn't confirmed. Where and how can I confirm my number?
You can confirm your phone number in my account at “Settings” inlay (“Communication channels” division).
- Click "Add" and enter your mobile phone number into “Phone number” field in the Federal format, (e.g. 79226245397) and click “Save”.
- You'll the message that the number isn't confirmed. Click “Confirm”.
- Confirmation code will be sent to the stated phone number, next to the field a new inscription will appear “Confirmation code not entered”.
- When you receive the confirmation code in sms-message, enter it into “Code” field and click “Confirm”. The inscription “Confirmed” will appear next to phone number field.
Can I be sure that my sms, sent from W1 will be delivered?
We guarantee sms sending to cellular communication operator, but as far as we know, the operator can fail to deliver the message. In practice, they have stable delivery in more than 99 % of all cases.
