How to get started?

After registration you'll receive a message with wallet number and password by e-mail or on your e-mail or mobile phone.

I didn't receive sms with password after registration. Now what?

If you didn't receive sms or e-mail with password, enter remind password and you'll receive it again.

How to get login for wallet?

In any version of the programme, you may enter any of the following information into “Login” field:

• 12^th digit number of the wallet;
• phone number in federal format (e.g. 18181234567);
• e-mail address.

You can enter your phone number and e-mail address only if you stated them at registration or while changing the personal information. You can enter your wallet number in any case.

How to change password?

You can change your password in Settings of your account via Web-client or at “W1 Java Mobile” application in “Profile”.

I don't remember my password. Now what?

Use the function “Remind password” (“Forgot password?”)

Web client:

1. Open web-client page and click “Remind password”.
2. Enter your phone number or e-mail address stated at registration into “e-mail or phone” field.
3. Enter the figures shown on the picture into “Picture code” field and click “Send password”. New password will be sent to you either on the stated e-mail or phone number.

Wap client:

1. Open wap.w1pay.com page in your phone's browser and click “Forgot password?”.
2. Enter your phone number stated at registration into “Login” field.
3. The next field must contain figures shown on the picture.
4. Click “Remind”. Sms with the new password will be sent to you.

To change the password in “W1 Java Mobile” choose in the menu “Forgot password?”

When I deleted phone number's personal information, I can't enter the application. Now what?

If you deleted phone number or e-mail address stated at W1 registration from the user's profile, you can enter only 12^th digit wallet number into the “Login” field now.

What phones are suitable for “Wallet One”?

“W1 Java Mobile” can work with all phones of last 3 years having Java and GPRS-Internet .
