
You can withdraw your “W1” money by mail order till called for or with advice (available only in Russian Federation).
How to withdraw?
To withdraw money at post office department you are to:
- In “Service payment” choose “Withdraw money” and the preferable type of mail order (till called for or with advice).
- Ensure that you fill in the correct form, and complete “post office department code”, “name and surname of the remittee”, “remittee’s address”.
If you have problems with “post office department code”, use Post object search on Russian Post web-site.
“Remittee’s address” specifies:
- For mail order till called for- address of remitee: post code, city, street, house and flat numbers;
- For mail order with advice- address of the post office, where you are going to withdraw money: post code, city, street, house number.
- Press the button “Accept”.

If you make out mail order with advice, transfer advice will be delivered to your post box during a week. Showing your completed form and identification document, you may now withdraw money at the post office.
If you make out mail order till called for, you can withdraw money during a month at post office, which you’ve specified when filling in the form of transfer.
Warning
Mail order withdrawal can be done only if the identification document is shown.
Minimum Transfer amount – 600 rubles.
Transfer fee – 5 % from transfer amount.
