You can withdraw “W1” money via money transfer and payment system CONTACT (available only in Russian Federation).
How to withdraw?
To withdraw money at CONTACT pay-point you are to:
- Choose “Service payment”, then “Withdraw money” group, and CONTACT item.
- Choose region, city and bank where you want to withdraw money.
- Specify the amount, name and surname of the remittee.
- Thoroughly check entered information and press the button “Accept”.
- In transaction details, in comments (description) you can see the number of transaction. Memorize this number.
- In the chosen CONTACT pay-point, tell the cashier that you need to withdraw money from payment service “Wallet One” , show your identification document and the following information:
- name and surname of the remittee,
- transfer amount,
- transfer number.
- Receive your money.
Warning
Contact withdrawal can be done only if the identification document is shown.
Minimum transfer amount – 2 000 rubles, maximum – 15 000 rubles.
Transfer fee – 4 %, but not less then 40 rubles.
If your wallet funds were uploaded by any bankcard, you're unfortunately disable to withdraw it via CONTACT system.
