Home

Wallet uploading can be done only by the person who owns the bank card. It’s prohibited to use other people’s cards.

After the authorization, money isn’t deducted from the card immediately, but blocked by the issuing bank until the confirmation and process completion or cancellation is received.

To upload the wallet you are to give your bank card information. Data transmission is done only to the authorized bank server with all necessary security measures and by the protective channel (SSL 3.0). The information is transmitted as cipher text and kept only on the special server of the payment system.

The uploaded amount obtains a special status and certain limits:

  • Not available for transferring money from one wallet to another.
  • Not available for transferring money to the other payment systems.
  • Not available for credit repayments.
  • Not available for money withdrawal in ordinary ways.

The uploading amounts are limited:

  • an amount of one payment mustn’t be less than 100 but not more than 3000 rubles;
  • an amount of payments per day mustn’t be more than 3000 rubles;
  • an amount of payments per month mustn’t be more 30 000 rubles.

The number of calls to the authorized bank server per day is limited and mustn’t be more than 3 attempts for a card.

The uploading limits can be changed after the “Wallet one” security service examination of the 3 month payment history of the customer since the very first payment.

By the client’s claim all unspent funds entered from the card can be returned. Funds can be returned only on the card which was used for uploading.
